Spreading Health & Happiness In Village Bayana

“If you really want to receive joy and happiness, then serve others with all your heart. Lift their burden, and your own burden will be lighter.” – Ezra Taft Benson

Great words by an inspiring American leader!

It makes us think about life and how we live it. It also pushes us to think the true meaning of happiness, how we treat people and what we can do for the society.

We, at the Ponty Chadha Foundation, know health is an important concern in rural India. And we are always eager to contribute to their good health and wellness. Our latest effort towards achieving that was a health camp that we conducted at the Bayana village, on 9th August, 2017. We were delighted to have reached out to a huge number of people with various medical needs. Bayana is a historical town in Bharatpur district of Rajasthan.

Soon after our team of doctors set up the health camp in the village, everyone – men, women, children and the elderly – began approaching us with their respective health issues. We examined as many as 103 people, and each patient was attended with special care.

From anemia to maternal health – the doctors patiently listened to every health problem faced by the villagers and prescribed them with the most suitable medications. Our team ensured they comforted the villagers so they could open up about their health issues without any hesitation.

Clearly, it was yet another successful health camp by us, and we are glad we could help so many people. It is truly satisfying to bring smiles to so many faces, and thus, we plan to continue our tradition of providing health to as many regions of the country as we could.
