Dr. Arvind Gupta is
a distinguished pediatrician respected all over Faridabad, Haryana. Giving his
valuable 28 years to the practice, Dr. Arvind Gupta has been assisting mothers
about infants’ proper care. Along with this, he has helped thousands of parents
solve issues related to children upbringing. His patients are often seen
praising him for their children well being. They believe his knowledge and
assistance has played quite a role in their children being physically and
mentally fit.
One of the great
things Dr. Arvind Gupta has achieved in his life is serving the Indian Armed
Forces for more than 30 years. This is one commendable feet. Whilst serving, he
was part of various army hospitals. He was the Medical Director of Military
Hospital, Jammu. Dr. Gupta always wanted to share his knowledge so he took up
teaching as a profession. He taught various students for 15 years. In teaching
too, he was outstanding. Though Dr. Gupta was a recognized teacher, he was made
the Prof and Head of Dept of Pediatrics at Army Hospital complex, Delhi Cantt
purely on the basis of his teaching skills.
Throughout his
school and college, Dr. Arvind Gupta was an “A grader.” He completed his MBBS
and MD (Pediatrics) from highly appreciated Armed Forces Medical College, Pune. As he was a gem of a student, Dr. Gupta
was awarded “Chief of Naval Staff Silver Medal” for standing first in Post
Graduate (Grading) Exam in Pediatrics, 1984. He contributed his skills and
experience in the making of modernized Polyclinic Trauma Center complex.
Over the years, Dr. Arvind Gupta has handled numerous complex cases but
his specialty lies in managing diseases like Measles, Asthma, Pneumonia, Polio,
Bronchitis, Congenital Heart Disease, etc. His 21 publications in various
journals speak of his willingness to inform people about Paediatrics. Dr. Gupta
is a life member of several Paediatric Societies. Again, he contributed
extensively in forming the Pune branch of IAP (Indian Academy of Pediatrics).
